‘Walking Dead’ Town for Sale on Ebay

Downtown Grantville, Georgia, famous for its role in the zombie apocalypse as a backdrop for several episodes of The Walking Dead, is for sale on eBay.

Downtown Grantville, Georgia has been listed for sale on eBay. The “unique opportunity,” as the listing title so aptly states, includes nine buildings that were featured in several episodes of AMC’s The Walking Dead.

For $680,000 you get 34,000 square feet of zombie stomping grounds that includes loft apartments, a restaurant, a bar and pizza parlor that served as a backdrop for Rick’s strange second encounter with Morgan in the third season.

According to former mayor Jim Sells, Walking Dead tourism is currently the town’s biggest industry. Dumb and Dumber To, along with other movies, have filmed in Grantville, and three more have signed up, including a sequel to The Ring.
