In an act of sheer evolutionary horror, crustacean creatures continuously evolve into round, flat forms resembling crabs millennium after millennium.
Andrew Basiago claims that Project Pegasus time travel experiments sent him back in time to Gettysburg using technology developed from the work of Nikola Tesla.
Did Project Pegasus send a time traveler back to witness the Gettysburg Address in 1863?
Seattle attorney Andrew Basiago has been publicly making the claim since 2004 that between the ages of seven and twelve years old he participated in a secret U.S. government program that worked on teleportation and time travel under a secret DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) experiment called Project Pegasus, a precursor to the Montauk Project and the Philadelphia Experiment.
The program, which began in the 1970s, used children in its experiments because they could adapt well “to the strains of moving between past, present and future.”
As one of those time traveling children, Bosiago claims to have traveled to Ford’s Theatre on the night of President Abraham Lincoln’s assassination five or six times, and was captured in a photograph at Gettysburg in 1863.
Basiago says he experienced eight different time travel technologies throughout the course of project, but most instances involved a teleporter based on technical papers supposedly found in pioneering mechanical engineer Nikola Tesla’s New York City apartment after his death in January 1943.
Did Project Pegasus harness Nikola Tesla’s discoveries to make time travel possible?
The teleporter “consisted of two gray elliptical booms about eight feet tall, separated by about 10 feet, between which a shimmering curtain of what Tesla called ‘radiant energy’ was broadcast,” Basiago says. “Radiant energy is a form of energy that Tesla discovered that is latent and pervasive in the universe and has among its properties the capacity to bend time-space.”
Basiago said each of his visits to the past was different, “like they were sending us to slightly different alternative realities on adjacent timelines. As these visits began to accumulate, I twice ran into myself during two different visits.”
Being sent back in time to the same place and moment, but from different starting points in the present, allowed two of himselves to be in Ford’s Theatre at the same time in 1865.
“After the first of these two encounters with myself occurred, I was concerned that my cover might be blown,” he recalled. “Unlike the jump to Gettysburg, in which I was clutching a letter to Navy Secretary Gideon Welles to offer me aid and assistance in the event I was arrested, I didn’t have any explanatory materials when I was sent to Ford’s Theatre.”
Basiago’s claims are supported by Alfred Webre, a lawyer specializing in “exopolitics,” or the political implications surrounding an extraterrestrial presence on Earth.
Webre says teleportation and time travel have been around for 40 years, but are hoarded by the Defense Department instead of being used to transfer goods and services.

“I have prior knowledge that not only will I run for president,” the Democratic write-in said, “but that during one of the elections — which would have to be between 2016 and 2028, because I’m not running past that — I’m either elected president or vice president.”
A statement on Basiago’s campaign website read:
“For 70 years, the US government has been concealing advanced technologies because they might be socially, economically, or technically disruptive in nature. These technologies include the teleportation technology developed by DARPA’s project Pegasus. They may also include cancer cures. The government should begin a program to declassify and deploy this knowledge. The standard of technical disclosure should be what provides the people the ‘best available technology.’ This will enable the United States to reclaim its mantle as the world’s catalyst of applied science.”
Bosiago did not become president, but his work as a child during Project Pegasus gave him some interesting insight into the election since the CIA used the technology to find a brief future presidents.
“As for Hillary Clinton, I have no data,” Bosiago said in 2016. “I think it is reasonable to infer that were she a future President there would have been a pre-ID of her. As for Trump, I have a vague memory that my father took special note of Trump during an appearance by him on The Phil Donahue Show and might have even commented that he was a future U.S. President.”
It seems that when Basiago’s initial election bid failed that year, space-time fractured and gave us the worst possible timeline, instead.
But we still have 8 more years to see the first chrononaut president take office. Fingers crossed.

Unless you are smarter than Einstein, Edson, Tom Bearden, Nikola Tesla, Thomas Thownsendbrown and many others who have already proved time travel and if u think u know more than quantum physics/field, cosmos fabric,Tangibles etc and can build advanced algorithims that are propeling our future to susatinablility travel and enviroment then please enlighten us! Re. the original article, I got news (for some); time travel has been around a lot longer than 40 years. I would be interested in serious communication with those who either know this or sense the possibilities and are unafraid to explore the real nature of time and time travel. Commend Basiago for pioneering in time travel and teleportation and commend his father
Technically speaking we are already travelling forward in time, if at a slow speed. You could travel faster forwards in time if you arre going fast enough, that is: if in your experience one year have passed, for those back on earth maybe ten years have passed; it depnds on how fast you are going. Then you could (theoretically) make a way back to yourtime of origin if you brought one side of a wormhole with you. The downside to this is that you would be unable to go back further than your time of origin.
I don’t think thats a good idea because i believe everything happens for a reason and even if we did stop all these bad things more bad things will happen and government can even change our whole mind around…but whatever my science teacher wanted us to do a report on it..

I imagine that space might contain several people who have traveled through time. But since time and space are the same the traveler most likely ends up as a permanent, dead object floating forever through the void of space. Every object in space is moving, orbiting or spinning relative to something else…even galaxies. But since most of space is empty it’s very difficult to actually end up at specific, habitable location. You can shoot an object through time, but it’s almost impossible to aim that object. So why shoot it in the first place? That’s the real problem.

All you have to do is watch the documentary on Tubi TV called the “Philadephia Experiment”. Our own US government has had the ability to time travel since 1943. I believe the technology was given to them by “aliens”, as has much of our advanced technology. However, they are not “aliens”, but fallen angels, spoken of the In bible. “You will know them by their fruits”.

But till now only one person can confirm his travels. And what about time paradox. If you alter something in the past, it will have effects in the future.

technology is jus the practice to achieve human perfection, but if put in the wrong hands it can lead to devastating consequences….time travel is possible, i mean look around, look up at the sky, look down at the sea, how much do we really know when we fail to look at ourselves. we have not yet discovered our full potiential .
How do you call something possible or impossible without knowing anything about real physics of the world you are living on? There are several discrepancies in the photo and it is clear to me that’s it’s faked. The pattern of tears is too calculated at bottom, does not resemble normal tear. I believe that, if they could do this, they would hide it, and he would be threatened for talking for sure, and working to discredit him. It works for them every time. Do I think time can be bent? I know time stretches, which is why the earth appears to be much older than 6000 years, so yes. I think it can be done.

Time travel is possible to the past or future. Only one can not change either, past nor future. It can only be viewed and not interacted with. Thus why past event aren’t changed, yet future events can be predicted. Traveling time to the past or future is like that of what is thought of as a ghost for lack of a better comparison.
